Online Wellness Programs – Coming Soon!

In the spring we plan to reveal our Ripple Effect Online wellness program. This program will be similar in content to our phone counseling programs. As a client, you will be supplied with handouts, book recommendations, support in goal setting and occasional access to certified health counselors through email and instant messenger. This program is ideal for individuals with busy schedules and those looking for a lower price point, who may not be able to afford our fully customized program.
